Day 10 - This Nutty Week

Well, I knew this week would be a challenge for my eating, but it's also turning out to be a challenge in terms of time and keeping my head on straight. We got home quite late today (took possession of the new place today!), and so rather than do the NMTZ today, I decided to do that tomorrow, or Thursday when I have a tad more time, and do the regular 30 Day Shred workout. Somehow I also thought it was the first day of Level 2, popped that video in and did it, then checked my schedule, and realized it's still level 1. So, I might swap out for a different day later in the week.

The good news is that Level 2 is much much more manageable this second time around. The plank moves were not murderous. My shoulders still ached after, but not to the exhaustion point they did before. That last strength circuit (military press/leg raise & V-raise) still gets me totally drenched in sweat.
