Day 20 - That Was NOT Easy

We have this Easy Button at home that Ella hits to get treats. *That was easy.* *That was easy.* This past 10 days has been the opposite. It has not been easy. I haven't been motivated, goals went out the window. My only goal became to make it through each workout once a day. Even through the workout I wasn't particularly focused or motivated. I'm with Traci, what the heck happened to us?

Difficulties in Level Two
This level really works your shoulders and your core muscles throughout all three circuits and really pushes you to work both in circuit 3. Plank got a bit easier, but shoulder exercises for me actually got harder! What's up with that? Furthermore, through level 2, I saw no positive weight change.

Improvements in Level Two
The only improvement I noticed in this level was my balance. I guess the strength training may be paying off, and the kick out with military press helps to practice balance. The first couple times I did that move, I'd lose my balance, but by today, I was more balanced. This has also helped my yoga practice.

I certainly hope level 3 is kinder to us!!
