Today was an average workout. Nothing spectacular, nothing awful. It felt good when I was done and stretching. Push-ups still don't seem to be getting easier and I'm not sure what that's about. Those side lunges with a raise in circuit 3 are getting easier. I do like that I can actually feel some leg muscle and see definition when I'm doing that move.
One improvement I've noticed in Round 2 is flexibility. That sitting stretch that Jillian does has always been a challenge for me. But I'm proud to say I'm well past a 90 degree angle now!
About to enter danger zone week where I'll be thrown off from my regular routine. I am going to try to do my best with keeping up with exercise and healthy eating like I have since starting Round 2. There are several Christmas parties, as well as a move, and Christmas itself. I think I can do it.
After what happened over Thanksgiving, I have no doubt that you'll be able to make it through the next week unscathed :-) Just enjoy yourself and don't overdo it and you will come out just peachy !!
