Day 30 - Sigh. Spectators

I just did my workout while everyone else sat on the couch playing a Family Guy drinking game. I'm glad I got it in before dinner today and before a crazy hour when I feel exhausted.

I really pushed the glute moves today. And tried to push it on the abs. I'm pretty sweaty, and better go get ready to go out for dinner.

One more day left!!!!

    Yeah, I would like to change things up next time around - and Thursday and Sunday would be ideal days. They fit into the walking/running schedule quite nicely. I'm thinking of Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for Thursday. Sunday can be either the No More Trouble Zones, Yoga Meltdown, or 6 Week ...

    I also think I'm going to add in a few of my 15 minute workout DVDs that I have to increase my cardio. I'm going to need it as it starts to get colder outside.
