Day 3 - No More Trouble Zones

Today was the second modification to our Round 2 of JM30. Instead of doing the regular workout, we did Jillian's other video, No More Trouble Zones. I'm so glad we're switching things up because I'm loving the variety of workouts we're getting.

This video should just be titled No More Trouble, because it doesn't really target particular zones, it works the whole body. You can choose certain segments to do, or do the entire workout through which takes about 40 minutes. I don't think this video is as intense cardiovascularly as BFBM. There certainly isn't as much plyo (thank goodness). I was loving the mat routines here that gave me fond memories of Jane Fonda :)

My favorite moves of all were the ab routines. They KILLED, but felt awesome. Ahem, what was up with that killer plank routine??

  1. Uh yeah, that plank routine where there were no modifications ... um, that one will take some time and effort to get right. But, I second the ab routines, those were awesome. I felt good after finishing up today's routine.
