Today I had not two, but three spectators. Another of Josh's friends came to town. Don't get me wrong, the company is great. We played Cranium and had a blast. BUT trying to tear away from the group (ahem, and food and drinks) was really hard to do. I finally did it, but ended up having some spectators for the workout. At least they agreed it looked difficult!
I'm really feeling that arm raise and leg raise move in my glutes. It's great because it makes me want to push harder on that move. Rockstars are still incredibly hard.
I'm not sure why working out in the morning is so tough for me. It would make more sense to do, because then I could just shower and head to work, but I always seem to be running late in the morning. Probably because I'm up late doing the exercises. What a vicious cycle. It will be something I need to think about for the next round. I really need to ensure a way that I can get a workout in at a godly hour.
