Level Three ... so it begins

Alright, so I was expecting the absolute worst possible outcome for this first day of level three, but you know what ... I was pleasantly surprised.

Level three was actually easier for me than level two, what is up with that? The only move in level three that I had a difficult time with was the ab move in circuit three. This is strictly a core move, and as we learned in level two, my core is not up to par.

I actually enjoyed the plyometrics, even though I had to do the modified version. It was a positive change from the plank-dominated level two.

I stuck with Anita through all the moves, save the very last (I did a modification with my balance ball that I learned from Suzanne Deason, and it seems to work quite well, even though I am not getting the full benefit of Jillian's hard core move).

I have to admit, I actually liked circuit one, and then my upper body began to dislike the second circuit, but this level actually felt good.

I don't know if I got my mental prose back in line, or if level three is just kinder to my body, but one thing is for certain ... I am looking forward to the next ten days.

Janet, how did your first day of this level go??
