Ok, I felt like I was watching Water Boy as I was cranking out with Jillian. But holy crap, what was with all the lunges.
I rather enjoyed the ab routine in this one - but the one that really hit me the hardest was the one where you move from side-to-side and grab around your ankles. I wasn't expecting that one to have that much of an impact ... boy, was I wrong. Awesome ab routine there.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this workout - not as much cardio, but JM still kicks your ass by the time the video is over and done with.
On the other hand, those plank moves, are you kidding. The side-step, you kind of hand to be in plank position to make it through and that was rough. I did however, like the windshield wiper that came immediately after that nutso plank move.
The one thing that I will say about JM, she is consistent with her moves - and I think that has definitely helped. My lovely scissor kicks were in here again :-) But then again, so was my mortal enemy - those oblique moves and I just don't move. Balance ball to the rescue.
Gah, those scissor kicks... I am still struggling with those! And those windshield wipers are just a different incarnation of that. I just tip over, or my knees are entirely bent. I'm glad at least one of us is rocking those moves!!
