Well, I was all excited thinking that tomorrow would be the last day, but I forgot that we extended this for another day.
Today I used my magic gear again, yes, it is magical and I felt great after today. On another note, I actually did the workout this morning in an effort to change things up, and it certainly woke me up faster than anything else. I think I'm going to try for the am again tomorrow. I actually felt better today having done this in the morning ... we shall see if I can drag my ass out of bed to get through this tomorrow before leaving for work.
With work literally being a pain in the ass, I am hopeful that a change is in the air ... for both Janet and I. If this last 29 days has proven anything, change is certainly possible.
Here's to another day being done and gone.
Oh, I have an idea for the next 30 ... I think on Thursdays we should change it up with another workout - and potentially another day of the week as well. Thoughts?
AMs sound great... I just need to do it. It makes so much logical sense.... practical sense is another matter. If you can do mornings, rock on. It is a great way to start the day, and you carry that energy with you throughout the day. It's almost like the exercise evens your keel to get through the day.
