Well, since tomorrow is NMTZ, today is the final day of level one.
In retrospect, I found that I was able to concentrate more on the moves and breathing instead of struggling to get through. Perhaps the next time I make it through this level I will be able to keep up with Natalie a little bit more. Baby steps lead the way.
I watched "The Town" before starting Bob and Jillian tonight - it actually turned out to be a good movie. Unexpected - yet good.
With only 11 days to go until the new year, let's hope the remainder bring better news as the new year nears. Another level will be out of the way (the misery-laden level two with insane plank moves), and the marathon will be even closer.
Today's workout felt good. I didn't get a walk in, as it was my "rest" day from walking, but Bob and Jillian did the trick. I will start to change up Bob's routine when level two starts ... you see with Bob his weeks 1 and 3 are the same, but 2 and 4 differ. Looks like this week is going to bring some Bob pain along with the impossible level two for Jillian. Yay me.
So is Bob's video like the 30 Day Shred with different levels or is it like NMTZ and BFBM that you do the entire thing through?

So The Town was good? I thought the ads looked good and I like movies set in Boston.
