Level Two - Terminated

I am sitting here watching the latest episode of "Lie to Me" and trying to reflect back on level two. What the heck happened in this level. For level one, things got easier as the days ticked on by, but it seems that just the opposite happened with level two. I wonder, onder, who be do do do, whether or not level three will be like level two or more like level one. I really do hope that level three resonates more like level one . . . I don't know if I can deal with another ten days that kick my ass as much as level two did. My willpower may be strong, but I don't know if it can stand another ten days like level two.

One thing that I found of interest while I was perusing the web tonight (ie, finding a way to put off doing the final day of level two), I found this article to be of interest. If the data from that article is actually taken further and tested properly, it will be rather interesting to see the reaction given what they have been touting in recent years.

Ok, done with the blabbering and onto the final day of level two. Still completely modified, still kicking my ass, but hey, I made it through. One thing that I will make a point in saying, the plank moves never did get easier or faster for me. On the final day I was still using my balance ball to help me with the walk-out push-ups, and I love the fact that I thought to use it to help with that particular move.

The ab routine in level two was harsh, and I felt it more at the end of this level than I did at the end of level one; and this included my modification into the V-sit for the third circuit.

What fun joys will level three bring? We shall find out tomorrow.

On another note, had the lean cuisine sweet and spicy chicken - absolutely delish. I am totally hooked on the steam bags. Talk about convenience, lovely.
