Since there is only one more day, I think it's safe to say that this level has whooped me. Today was basically the same way I felt on day 2. GIANT GROAN. I ask again, will this ever get easy?
Circuit 1 - For the walking push-ups, I'm still doing a modified version with a little half push-up. I'm also still doing the modified version of the cardio plank jump thingy.
Circuit 2 - Lunatic lunges are still killing my thighs. I was having a lot of trouble keeping up with the pace of the skaters in cardio today. Those leg dip ab things are brutal.
Circuit 3 - My shoulders are killing at the end of the strength section, even though I'm doing the modified V-raise. For cardio, it's a modified plank jack as well.
Another huge groan. Ok.... only one day left!
Hey, look at it this way ... you made it through and are still kicking. This means you are going to kick level 3 in the ass.
