Sayonara Level One

Well, today I finished day 10 of the 30 day shred, so that means tomorrow I move on to day 1 of level 2. Even more apprehensive about it, but at the same time I felt great after finishing up level one today. I was able to make it through all the exercises with the only modifications being on the push-ups.

Cardio
Today was a long run/walk day, but I managed to get my 10 miles in. I was not able to finish as quickly as I would've liked, but any movement towards progression is good movement.

Goals for Level Two

I know that Level Two is probably going to kick my in the keister from the very beginning, but I would like to be able to make it through the last five days of level two without doing any major modifications. I don't know what level two holds for tomorrow, but the first day is always the hardest.

Update on the knee
Well, it would seem that the TLC I gave my knee yesterday really helped out. It has not been giving me any problems today at all. Let's hope this holds out --- NO INJURIES allowed (I feel like I'm in a fort with a "No Boys Allowed" sign dangling out front).

On another note, I did manage to get some more work in with my Active Wii game, but I also threw in some more upper body work with my Golds Gym Cardio Boxing Game.

All-in-all, I'd have to say today was a good day.

  1. Yeah!!!!! All done level 1.... I wonder what Jillianisms we have in store for us in level 2. I'll be listening to the audio on the first couple days just so I can here those key phrases. "I want you floating off the ground right now!"
