Day 14 - Lunatic Lunges

Well, I thought that the first day of level 2 was tough, but day 14 was tougher, but in completely different ways. With day 11, I was coping with major amounts of sweat, and pushing through the cardio sections. Today, my quads and shoulders were so burning up and I thought they were just going to fail. One of the toughest things about this level is that you do moves back to back sometimes that work the same muscle groups, meaning that muscle group is on fire when you're done. Examples:

Lunatic Lunges - Circuit 2's strength section is composed of a static lunge with bicep curl, followed by pendulum lunges. Gaaaaahhh.... my quads feel ripped, as in torn apart!

Plank Moves that Kill - Traci mentioned these previous, but it's the ones in Circuit 3 that really murder me. Circuit 3 has plank jacks for cardio, and then plank twists for abs. The part that really feels like it's going to die is my shoulders. The strength moves of Circuit 3 are two moves that work your shoulders... and then guess what part of your body is also worked in plank? Uhh, shoulders! Am I gonna end up with Michele Obama arms after this?
