Well, tonight I finished up day 8 of level 2 ... that leaves only 2 to go before I am supposed to move on to level 3. I am not sure if I am going to be able to move on to level 3 on the auto-date, it will all depend on how I am feeling after getting through day 10. If I am having a hard time making it through all the moves, then I think I may stick with level 2 a bit longer, and make the 30 days a bit longer. I don't want to end up cheating myself, and if I move on too quickly, that is precisely what I will end up doing.
Well, today was very much a lazy day. Since I got my long run/walk in earlier in the week, today was just a simple stroll. I don't think I am going to do that again, my weekends are far too boring without having the longer run/walks taking place on Saturday and Sunday.
As far as how I'm feeling after today, well, I am still a bit ho hum about it all. I hope this wears off soon, it is dragging me down and making it harder to get through the sessions. I'm just glad it isn't affecting my walk/runs. Janet, I hope your day went better than mine :-)
Traci, I feel your pain. This is certainly NOT easy. I think the fact that you're combining cardio in with all of this is making it tougher for you. I know I should be doing it, but most of these days, the only other workout I'm getting in is walking the dogs, which is not nearly as grueling as walking 12 miles. On the days that I did walk/run, the workout was a lot tougher than on the days I did not. But, the good news is that you're getting results right??!
ReplyDeletePS... what is Kingdom Hearts? Do you play Company of Heroes by any chance? That's what Josh plays.
Oh, and a thought about level 3. My memory of level 3 was that it was tough but not like the difference between level 1 and level 2. It might be nice to move on to level 3 just for a change of pace, even if you end up modifying a lot of the moves in level 3. Heck, I'm modifying a good portion of level 2, so that's my plan for level 3 also. My body cannot take anymore plank pose.
ReplyDeleteKingdom Hearts is a PS2 game - RPG that incorporates Disney characters and story lines ... VERY addicting. I can't tell you how many times I've played through, beaten it, put it away for a bit and then take it out again and rinse/repeat. It doesn't get old.
ReplyDeleteI haven't played Company of Heroes. Is it also an RPG? or is it a first person shooter?
