Hello! I'm still alive!! This holiday has been a bit hectic with moving... and unpacking. I missed a few days, but got back into it today. (There was another day too when I got in a JM workout, but Internet wasn't up and running yet, so I didn't get a chance to post.)
I did the Level 3 workout and it kicked my butt harder than usual. If you don't use it you lose it I guess. I did notice that I've gotten better at planks, but all the quad moves and lunges felt very difficult today.

YAY!!!! I am so glad that you are back amongst the land of the living :-)
ReplyDeleteI am sure all the leg difficulties were due to the fact that you just moved your entire life from one part of town to another - and carrying boxes is not a fun task at all.
And as much as I would love to get a stationary bike or treadmill for my place, living in a shoebox does not allow for such things. I'll have to settle for the gym.
At least you're back in it today - that's the good news. We only have 6 weeks left before the big day ... where in the heck did all the time go? Are you sure it isn't still October?
