Today I woke up feeling good - no aches and pains, a tiny stiffness in my hips, and that's it. Body-wise I was in good shape, but mind-wise..... well, I didn't know what to do with myself. Honestly, I was feeling a little sad that this race is over after all the anticipation. I searched around for some after marathon recovery tips and found this article on Spark People. The article reminded me to "never hurry, never worry" and that there will be many more finish lines to cross. Cheers to that!
For exercise today, I did some Rodney Yee, and Traci, I'm with you - he's kind of annoying.
