Well, today I actually forced myself to go back to sleep. I went to sleep around 3am and woke up at 8 ... hell no. I refused to get out of bed and just rolled back over so that I couldn't see anything with the hope that I would doze back off and get a few more hours. After about 45 minutes it worked and I got in another hour of sleep. Felt good - very weird dream in that little ole hour, but hey, it was extra rest that I really wanted/needed.
I'm about ready to head out for another walk given how absolutely gorgeous the weather is outside right now (61 and all sunshine :-) I'll post again when I get back.
I'm a tad envious that you can go to bed at 3 and be up at 8. My problem is sleeping too much. I could totally enter a sleep marathon quite easily. Me and Ella could rock that. You and Slater could be the energetic ones.
